Was not up to C25k today but jogged a bit when I was walking. Still getting shin pain and I'm guessing a lot of it is having my right leg being stronger than my left (I've hurt my left leg a few times and was very reliant on my right for months on end). It WAS a lot better on gravel vs blacktop or sidewalk though.
My walking speed is doing better though. Hitting around 3mph vs 2.8
If the pain doesn't stop I'm probably going to throw in the towel on running for awhile and just work on walking speed. SP has 4.6mph as the top walking speed and I'm only hitting 3.9mph jogging! Low impact just never hurts me beyond the usual muscle soreness.
