I am struggling to lose the 9 lb I gained over the last several months. I know, I know that's not a lot but I lose very slowly. For several weeks now I have stayed within my calorie allowance and exercised regularly with walking, aerobic walking, ankle weight exercises and upper body strength workout. Last week I lost 2.9 lb (which is HUGE for me) and this week I gained .4. I was expecting a little more loss but was disappointed.
