Starting yet again but this time it's different!

So I'm back yet again trying to lose weight. I recently found out that I'm coeliac, which made me think about the strain I put on my body when I put the wrong foods into it. I'm tired of feeling unconfident, of having no energy, of always getting colds, of feeling ashamed. So I'm on Day 4 of a new healthy lifestyle with lots of fruit and veggies. Finding out I'm coeliac means that a lot of junk food is off the list for me, which helps as long as I don't buy gluten free snacks! I'm determined to become healthy and feel good about myself and hopefully lose about 14 pounds. I don't mind how long it takes as long as I can see progress :)
