Whole30, Day 6 (Wednesday)

Still hanging in with the whole Whole30 thing! This about sums it up:
Yesterday TC and I got up early-early and were on our city trail by 6:30 am. We did 8 miles including 4 miles of intervals (1 minute jog, 1 minute fast walk).
Breakfast: 2 medium eggs, 1 link turkey sausage, 2 cups honeydew melon.
Lunch: Tuna salad and tomato over lettuce; baby carrots with avocado ranch dressing.
Dinner: 5.5 oz. chicken breast coated in unsweetened coconut flakes and baked; 5 oz. freshly-dug baby potatoes, roasted; kale/spinach/mushroom/onion sauteed with 1 slice bacon.
Snack: I wasn't hungry but needed more calories so I had two cups of frozen grapes.
Total: 1,458 calories.
