Scaling Back

I am now golfing just on Tuesdays in a league. I am having hand, foot and knee problems with my meds. I now take 3000 international units of vitamin D to counteract effects of my anastrazole. I don't want joint damage with my RA.

I decided to cut back the golf. I will take a lesson with my pro. I have several things I want to go over with him. I also want to practice my shots and see how I can improve. I want to see what I can do at Chapel Hill Golf Course or Willow Hollow on my own. I watched numerous golfers go out alone to play.

I did substitute my spin bike with video rides that I am doing. I do 45 min to one hour easily. I try to use my Kettlebells and to do other exercises at home.

    I've heard vitamin D has many benefits for cancer patients and survivors. My oncologist has had me on D3 for a few years now.

I hope the scaling back helps with the pain issues.
