I lost 6-1/2 last week, and 2-1/4 this week. The scale is moving in the right direction. Now is the time when I have to be careful. After a few good weeks I tend to think that I can have a few extra treats and it's ok because I've been losing weight. Then the next weigh-in I turtle, or even gain a little. I have to stay on the defensive. Don't let my guard down, and keep my motivation level up. I have to take up the slack and stay within my calorie range. If I just keep doing what I've been doing I'll be fine.
