On month two with my health coach

She is having me work with different grains and different types of proteins. I have made quiona both sweet and savory. I am adding beans to many of my stir frys etc. It is interesting to experiment in eating whole foods and logging how I feel before and after.

I completed my first 1/2 marathon a couple of weeks ago. 7 miles we did a 2 minute walk/1 minute jog then the last 6 we walked. I will not lie. The last 5 miles I was trying to figure out why in the world I ever decided to do this. I am going to lose a toe nail and my hip was aching so much. However.... I am so happy that I completed it AND I plan to do it again some day.
