A brilliant Corrie tour....

Wednesday, August 13, 2014

Here's me having a fantastic time on the Coronation Street Studio Tour. I am literally standing where hundreds of actors have stood over the last 50+ years. I think I spent the whole tour beaming from ear to ear.

I recommend the tour to any Corrie fan who can travel to Manchester. It was a bit of an eye-opener as the sets are so SMALL and the actors' dressing rooms and Green Room were very basic.

I took loads of photos but the best is the photo that was taken by the tour guide. On the way home I saw a beautiful rainbow. The train was travelling through open countryside so both ends of the rainbow were visible. I saw it as an omen that the next year is going to be a good one.

Looking good, I use to watch Corrie about ten years ago but shift work got in the way and don't follow any soaps now. You look right at home you could have stolen the scene. We drove back from LIverpool and there was a beautiful rainbow so vibrant
It went right across the motorway and I looked for the pot of gold as I could see the end of the rainbow. We might have been looking at the same one. emoticon

I don't know anything about Corrie; but YOU look GREAT! Glad you had a great day! Love those rainbows, God's promises! School starts here today so it is the beginning of that new year. I do hope its a good one.
