" Trust your Gut." Barbara Walters
We are all born with an inner voice . It is our protector our best friend. The voice will tell you if you are right or wrong. It will keep you from doing something stupid if you only listen ,
Sometimes your gut comes with a voice , don't do that you'll get hurt, Don't
go out with him he'll leave you. It is important to listen to your gut.
When your trying to lose weight ask that voice it truly knows the answer. It can literally and figuratively give you an answer. If you are eating to much or not enough your gut is the first to know. Learn its cues and learn to respond to them .
You'll also know if you are doing the wrong exercise for you . You will feel shaky, your gut may rumble , and you will feel afraid . It is okay to feel a little scared now and then . But if every time you run your heart beats crazily for a long time to come it is time to start walking instead. If after cross fit you are useless and can't move for the rest of the day then it is time to try something else.
Listen to that early warning system before you become sidelined , or hurt. Hugs happiness and healthy living
