As most of you know, I have no problem doing lots of cardio exercise every day, as I walk 20-25 miles each week on my virtual walk.
ST is a different matter. Although I have a stability ball, resistance bands, free weights, a medicine ball and a brand new kettlebell, I often go 4-5-6 days without using them.
I am determined to reach my goal of 150 lbs. by March 31, 2015, and believe that regular ST is essential to achieve that goal... so today I joined Spark Guy's 10-Minute Team and all its challenges.
I really hesitated before doing this, because I hate to fail, but I know it's the logical next step... And darn it, I WILL DO THIS!
