Before you eat think.

Will this leave me satisfied.? Will it calm my hunger. ?

Is this good for me. ? Will it give my energy ? Will it make me feel good. ?

How many ingredients are in this food and do I know what they are.?

Is this my only and best choice? If not will I eat better next meal?

Even if you think to yourself this is bad but I am eating it anyway, It is still better to think!!! Maybe next time you'll put it down.

Think about your exercise.
Is it helping you feel refreshed and energized. ? Or is it making you to tired and light headed. Do you have your water handy to drink before during and after. Does someone know where you are? Are you having fun? Or are you thinking I will never do this again. !!That's okay just pick something better next time .

Think always think and try for wise decisions most of the time . Hugs, happiness and healthy living

    so many things to consider before putting it in your mouth. I have some homemade caramels here in the house that were a gift...they are driving me crazy. I think after my DH leaves tomorrow I will find a new home for them. I did have some and I love caramels and that is why they are haunting me.
can you say Adios to the caramels????

I wonder if this kicks in for everyone? I've always had to think like this for health reasons... and I feel so sad for SPARKlings who can't seem to get to this place. They just want a canned program until the weight is gone... and then they start over in 6 months.

    Planning for one ........... right snacks and meals; and of course always keeping that water bottle handy. On my way to the gym now; feel like I'm getting away w/ something, which makes it more intriguing! emoticon Good blog!

    good advice thank you. The thing about the exercise part really rung true for me. I used to walk a 10k first thing every morning but then would spend the next couple of hours napping or 'resting' which negated the whole point of exercising to feel fitter and stronger as it would just wear me out. So I picked a different route, cut the distance and time in half and enjoyed it SO much more and finally began to get stronger and build momentum without the need to nap!
