Before you eat think.
Will this leave me satisfied.? Will it calm my hunger. ?
Is this good for me. ? Will it give my energy ? Will it make me feel good. ?
How many ingredients are in this food and do I know what they are.?
Is this my only and best choice? If not will I eat better next meal?
Even if you think to yourself this is bad but I am eating it anyway, It is still better to think!!! Maybe next time you'll put it down.
Think about your exercise.
Is it helping you feel refreshed and energized. ? Or is it making you to tired and light headed. Do you have your water handy to drink before during and after. Does someone know where you are? Are you having fun? Or are you thinking I will never do this again. !!That's okay just pick something better next time .
