I spent a lot of time sleeping and resting. Did swim on Thursday and Saturday. On Saturday I actually swam 45 minutes and it wasn't hard. I eventually would like to make it up to 1 hour in the pool and more lengths of the crawl as time goes by. Bought anti chlorine shampoo today and hope to get the build up off my hair.
Weighed in today under 240 again and am keeping better track of food and exercise.
