And by down, I'm talking weight and body fat!

I tried the other scale in the gym, which is out in the main weight area. I had compared it to the locker room one when I was at 155, and it seemed to agree. The locker room one still won't give me a reading. But the one in the gym says I'm 148. Woohoo! And Tony did a calliper reading on me today, and I'm BF 28.5%, down from 32.9 five weeks ago. So I've lost about 9 pounds of fat and gains a pound of muscel since I started working with him 5 weeks ago. I am so stoked!

We did pushups today, using the bench rather than the massage table (which I'd been using on my own, and I did far better than I did last time I tried 'em. I'm pretty happy about that.

Then I did overhead squats - squats where you hold the bar straight up over your head. It's really hard, esp since Tony kept at me to keep my rhomboids tights whic his just . . .

Then he flipped the BOSU over and had me do suqats on that. It was mind-bogglingly difficult, but I saw a definite improvement over the course of the workout. He also had me do some moving my balance around things on the BOSU. I do feel quite out of balance. Finally he worked on having me squat on the ball, which was really hard - I couldn't feel when I was in balance. But yeah, it would be great to be able to do exercises balanced on the ball. Great way to work the core!

Squats on BOSU 12x0, 12x0, 12x0 (with large learning curve)
