Here I am to strengthen my commitment to health and happiness. I have been overweight for a few years now & really want to turn things around and return to a healthy slim body & lifestyle. My goal is to get back to healthy weight by Fall Equinox,
which gives me 6 weeks to get there. I may need to revise my goal date to Halloween but I want to try for sooner. I went back to a plant based whole food diet at the beginning of this year, and have been eating plants using ideas between ETL and McDougall & high raw vegan WOE. I was largely vegan for ten years, and gained this weight when I went vegetarian about 5 years ago. I also haven't been running nearly as much since I have gained the weight. I have about 17 pounds to lose or so. Today I had Spirutein shakes, steamed veggies & baked potato, greens salad, potato-bean quesadilla (no cheese).
