Report on Week 1 of "Back on Track, Jack!"

Home a week, and it was a very good week indeed.
Got back on the diet wagon, and lost some bloat-pounds. I am in my size 8 jean shorts this morning, snug but wearable, so feeling MUCH better!
Started a brand-spanking new diet notebook and have kept up with it for all 7 days. I have tracked every bite of food, even my snack-happy evening of a few nights ago. That's really a breakthrough for me -- in my quest for perfectionism I OFTEN quit tracking when I binge or FEEL I'm bingeing.
Are making big progress on our yard. We have 10 acres and it really went to hell-in-a-handbasket in 3 months of no care.
Back to the fitness center! Did a power pump class yesterday and went very light on the weights -- good thing, my chest muscles are singing today!
Today is one of those annoying days -- a repairman is coming to fix my treadmill, and he'll be here "between 8 am and 5 pm". So I'm stuck in the house until he comes. Hopefully repair guy will come in the morning, but you know how that always goes...
But I'm giving it a positive spin -- it's a good opportunity to clean the house and get the phone calls made and maybe even clean out a few drawers and closets!
