Ok this is my starting point. I began sparks people and was doing great but failed to be consistent. I have made all kinds of excuses. I could barley keep up on the vacation. My back was hurting. I got up before work today to start chair exercises like I had a year ago and then ran a 5k. This pic shows me if I do not do something about my weight I will die. I have made some major life changes I have went to day shift. Now I have to focus on my health.
