I know its been forever since I have been on here. I manage to get down 18lbs before getting pregnant (which only took 7 years)! I was so proud of myself for accomplishing a goal that big. This is something that is huge for me. When I was married I weight 148lbs (I weighed myself that morning I swear lol) and 3 years later I got up too 181lbs. I couldnt believe it. Nothing fit, I felt miserable most of the time, and I was just unhappy overall with my appearance. After about 3 months, I managed to get down to 162, and felt so good.
I bet you can guess what happened next. I got pregnant with my baby boy Gareth! I ended up getting up to 195lbs at the end, and had him a little more than 3 weeks early. I am now down to 175lbs which is good (took about 4 weeks to get this far, but have been stuck since). I am so excited to be back on here, not sleeping all the time, and getting back in the grove of life. I even went back to work as of Saturday :) I feel like I am finally getting back into a routine! So I need your help Sparkers! I need help finishing this weight loss journey. I dont have an eating schedule yet unless you count lunch at work. I still have to get up sometime between 2-4 to feed the baby and I am always hungry then. I am strictly breastfeeding, so I get hungry a lot, because breastfeeding burns about 500 calories a day to make the milk, so I do use a lot of energy just in that department.
Well, enough about my weight and what I want to do, so here is my new son :) My husband and I are so happy to have it, as it took a lot of time and doctors to get him here.
