PiYo Pause Button

I'm hitting the pause button on the PiYo Challenge. I really don't want to but doctor's orders. I'm still going to do the lighter sessions (18 minute upper and lower body workouts). I don't break a sweat with those but they keep me stretched out.

I'm hating not being able to run. The weather has been perfect! That'll have to wait until I get back from Ireland. We leave Friday!!! Finally at long last, we'll be leaving!

I'm excited, can't you tell?

I may not be hitting my goal of 155lbs by our trip, but I'm still healthier and happier than ever! I even bought jeans for our trip (average temps are low 60s in Ireland). I was so excited to fit comfortably into a pair of 12s. This time next year, I'll be wearing 10s!

It's a new week with new possibilities! Make it happen!
