This is a good quote from a long time ago. He just forgot a few things .
The three meals a day should be mostly from clean healthy food. You should be aiming to eat 85% healthy . Your meals should be eaten slowly that way you can enjoy the taste and textures .
Work hard for your passions. Work hard at exercise . Exercise at least 10 minutes a day .If you are trying to lose weight make it an hour. But also remember hard work and exercise needs rest to recover. Read meditate or just relax now and then.
Yes sleep is very important try for eight hours but at best get at least 7 hours a day.
Keep yourself clean in body mind and spirit.
The rest, spend time with family and friends . Spend some time on hobbies it will get your mind off food. Don't forget your water.
