Well today is my first step towards making healthy me. I just stopped smoking which was difficult at times and I still get the cravings for a cigarette some times but the urge is fewer day by day. 3 WEEKS AND SMOKE FREE!! The main reason I think I am looking to lose weight is I have always been an overweight person and of course picked on in high school and what not, but ever since meeting my boyfriend a year ago he has really help me feel comfortable with my self personally. I was always trying to like things my friends liked and so one and so fourth and my "friends" always made me feel dumb for the things I enjoyed doing. When I met my boyfriend I finally stopped being a follower and doing my own thing and embracing my nerd . I enjoy reading and playing video games. Doctor Who is my favorite show. I look forward to this journey of fitness I am starting today!
