So I am not blogging as much as I should.
Getting my exercise every day.
10,000 steps or 8,000 plus a water aerobics class.
I am able to take less medication.
But I have to keep on loosing more weight.
I don't eat enough one day and make up for it the next but I really am not eating things like cake, candy and cookies, coffee cake etc. post ing if I do....Just have to work the process and expect the changes... saw my doctor and I have been loosing ten pounds a year for the last five years.
Slow but steady wins the race. I think I might want to make it a pound a month this year.
