Another great weight loss week! I lost 2.6 lbs this week. So far, I've lost 61 lbs and have 36.4 more lbs to go to reach my goal of 150 lbs. This just might happen! LOL
I was concerned I wouldn't be able to maintain my healthy eating habits due to the stress of the divorce. I figured I'd go to stress eating. Turns out, the opposite has happened. I'm not hungry at all and have to force myself to eat. So, I'm hitting those healthy checks each day and trying my best. I think I have to accept that this is just my life right now. I'm still looking forward to hopping on my treadmill as soon as my surgeon clears me to do so.
My soon-to-be ex got paperwork started with his lawyer a few days ago and we decided it was time to break it to the kids. It was not pretty, as you can imagine. Thankfully, they seem to be dealing well, considering we aren't used to seeing him much anyway.
Back to the dieting subject, I can't wait to start back to making soups and warm foods as the weather cools off!! I just adore cool weather. :)
