It's been so long that I have posted a blog entry. I have been busy with school and raising my daughter. I am so glad that I am almost done with school! This coming semester is my last semester of college! I cant believe it!
Aside from college, I have been working on myself-my body. I have been trying out new forms of exercise. I am also doing some research on eating clean and meal planning. I have been looking at recipes and meal plans the past few days. I feel a bit overwhelmed with all the planning that goes into meal planning, but I am ready to take this step. I feel that eating clean and meal planning will definitely help me reach my goals.
As far as my progress, I am happy to say that I have finally reached the "under 200" milestone. I weighed myself today and I weigh 196! I am so happy and proud of myself. My end goal is to weigh between 120-140. I have my mind focused on being healthy and at a healthy weight range. I am not really focusing on a certain dress size or how thin I will look.
After I reach my end goal, I plan on toning my body. I plan on focusing on weight training. I am so excited for what the future holds. I am just going to take everything one step at a time.
