Still staying strong

Day 2 - Have had a very good day. Tracking my food, drinking my water and getting outside doing farm chores, some landscaping and walking my miniature horse. Now the trick is to not over eat at dinner. I have my food all tracked along with my healthy dessert so I don't want to have anything except water after that. By then I should be ready for bed. Tomorrow will be a good day too because I won't let it be a bad one. I will lose this weight!
