July was a really good month. I had some fun adventures, and got back on track with my exercise after slacking for a few weeks. My total fitness minutes last month were 1165, which isn't bad considering that was only about three weeks worth of effort.
This month is going to be even more amazing. I'm on track to beat last week's minutes. Last week I got 388 minutes. After I do half an hour on the bike tonight, I'll be over 450.
I'm really sore today, but I can do this :D Tonight I need to make next week's fitness plan. I'm not going to push myself too far, I'm going to aim for 475 minutes.
