I guess I need to write a new blog post!

Saturday, August 02, 2014

Sometimes I really hate being a woman. That time of the month really screws with my head and my body. I thought I had slowed waaaaay down with my weight loss and even hit a plateau, but I guess not. Since that post, I've lost a lot of weight! Thank heavens! My clothes continue to be looser and looser. One of these days my workout pants are going to end up on the floor! I can feel the build up of muscle and when I flex, I'm pretty darn impressed with myself. Even though I've had all this success, I still feel very blubbery. I wonder what losing the next 50 or 60 pounds is going to feel like and look like? Less blubbery I hope!

The good news is that as you continue losing, the blubber will have no choice but to exit stage left!

Congratulations on your progress!

We are women ... hear us roar. One week a month isn't too much of a price to be awesome women.

Keep your eyes on your goals.

I feel your pain. I get bloated about a week before it comes and the scale won't budge. Then after it's over the scale drops! Glad it's over for you and the scale moved :)
