You would think that after all those hours at the gym emoticon emoticon emoticon that I would see a better result on the emoticon . But NO just a half pound! emoticon emoticon emoticon I guess my month of fun and travels finally caught up to me! emoticon emoticon emoticon

However, I am not giving up! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon because I have gained a lot of other NSV and I also know that slow and steady wins the race!!! emoticon mm emoticon

So instead of giving up today I have committed to continue this process!! emoticon emoticon emoticon Things are so easy with the support from all my sparkies! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    1/2 lb lost is great! If you lose a half pound every week that 26 lbs at the end. But I know you'll see more lbs come off next week.

    emoticon my month with extra sweets, well all I saw was the scale bounce up and down the same 3 lbs I need to go below that !! But slow and steady is the way.
