My goals this month are pretty simple:
drinking lots of water
walking every day
short strength training sessions 3 times a week
plant based eating
positive self talk daily
focusing on small, permanent changes
To do a 20 minute yoga session (my new DVD) every other day.
I would like to lose 4 lbs. this month.
I'm a school bus driver, and I start back to work Sept. 2, so I want to enjoy what is left of my summer. I want to pick berries, visit the beach, and reconnect with a high school buddy of mine. So I will be keeping busy!
I have been doing very well, despite it being hot here. I have been very motivated and feeling positive. I have been actually getting up and walking before the heat sets in, and eating tons of veggies, both of which are things I used to make excuses about doing. My depression has been a lot better lately, and that makes it easier. Or, is my depression better because I am eating better and exercising daily?
