But did you guys know about this?
You can add reward points to your Walgreens account by walking! You can link your fitness device (I have a FitBit) or by going onto the website and logging activity. I think I saw this on an advertisement but just now did it. I don't usually promote drugstores or things like that, but thought this was cool.
I have a big goal to state right now: I will lose 6 inches off my tummy by March 1, 2015. I get dollars off my health insurance by meeting certain health goals at my work. This year, I got everything but the BMI/waist deduction. I will measure my tummy tomorrow but I have a really good idea of what the tape measure will say.
Anyway, first 30 minute workout done. I am heading out to do another one: mow the yard and garden. I need to get the front lawn mowed before it gets much hotter!
