I just had to write about this because it is the first time i have gone down in weight since last fall! I LOST 2 LBS!!! I am so proud of myself. I promise not to get as excited about the next pounds lost, but this was such a change in direction I just had to share it. I didn't exercise a lot but I did get on the treadmill. I just changed the volume and type of food I ate. Well, onward and downward with the weight. Here's to more cardio today! Never give up!
