I have been on this weight loss roller coast way too long, and I think it is well past time I got off! I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have tried just about every diet, exercise and weight loss program that this is out there promising me a quick fix, and nothing seemed to work. Sure I would lose some weight only to gain it all back and then some. That is because diets do not work! There are no quick fixes, no one/nothing can do it for you. You have to want it, you have to commit, you have to earn it and most importantly you have to decide that you are worth it. You have to remember that you did not put the weight on overnight and you did not learn these bad habits overnight, and you will not lose the weight or change the habits overnight. This is a lifestyle change. You have to first learn to forgive yourself and let go of the past so that you can move forward, do not stress about tomorrow or you will become too overwhelm and just give up, just take it day by day. And remember we are all human we will stumble and will fall we just have to pick ourselves up brush ourselves off learn from it and keep moving forward.
