I just realized, if I am going to keep up with the accomplishment blog, I should put what day I am on. Thus today's title.
3 accomplishments I am proud of today are:
1) I finished SparkCoach this morning.
2) I exercised for 10 minutes this morning.

ng_instrumental_workout_songs and listening to the music and decided, I might as well get some exercise while listening. I just got up and danced around for 10 minutes. I didn't worry about my workout shoes or anything. I just got up and moved. I can check that off of my goals today. Yay!)
3) I got myself to eat something even though nothing sounded good.
My goal was to follow a consistent eating schedule as suggested on SparkCoach yesterday. The suggested menu plan from SparkPeople did not appeal to me. Besides, I didn't have the ingredients for it anyway. My roommate had eaten most of the easy to fix food, but I found bagels, peanut butter and strawberry jam, so I had a half a bagel with pb&j.
I know if I want to lose weight and keep my blood sugar stable, I need to eat on a regular basis to keep my metabolism revved up.
Now that my blood sugar is stabilizing, I might be able to get myself to eat something healthier in a bit. By getting something to eat now, it will help prevent me from noshing on something unhealthy later on and overindulging myself.
Now to work on the rest of my goals for the day. Wish me luck.
