Legs are so sore!

The past few days I have pushed myself a bit harder. I do 2 15 minute sessions on my elliptical with a small break in between. Now I feel like my legs are dead weight and it's getting harder to push through. I don't want to quit, but it's so hard to keep going.

    You don't have to quit, just take it a bit easier until you have more strength. Work up to it.
