I think I have the eating problem in check now and I'm back in the direction of weight loss again finally. I had a put my foot down goal of 165 for the end of July and I hit 168.5 today. By August 31st I have a put my foot down goal of 160 pounds then. That's plenty of time to drop 8 more pounds. Checking the calendar just now, 160 is the Perfect goal for August 30th. Here we go, this is serious now. I have to boost the strength training now, when I start to get into the 160's I can start to see my muscle tone again and it's so beautiful I need to make some more. Especially in my arms and my back.
I've been working on the 30 day plank challenge and even though I'm behind I've never gone this far with it and I plan to finish it. I'm up to the 2 minute plank on day 16 now so it's starting to get hard now. I need to go figure out the rest of my day.
