Yep...i'm there!!! Plateau city :( Time to shake things up a bit maybe. Starting Sunday, I will be going back to eating whole foods again...none of the processed...like i did last month. It was hard, but doable...and I felt so much better...and maybe that is what my body is needing to kickstart it...I've also got to refocus my energies...it's been a busy and stressful month... some bad stress, and yea, some good stress...but regardless...the body still sees it as stress... so thinking about adding in some yoga before bed...has anyone else tried this? how does/did it make a difference for you?
