So I know if I ever want to reach my weight loss goals I need to stop the almost daily alcohol drinks that I let myself have...even two or three beers/ glasses of wine is an extra at least 300-500 calories and then I lose my resolve, then I'm not motivated to workout in the morning, vicious cycle. I'm not saying I won't drink again, but it needs to be on special occasions and I'm not going to keep it in the house. I know two events in August that I will plan to have drinks: this weekend's camping trip and at an annual friends party August 15th and 16th. I start back to work August 18th so I will busy, busy and back on a schedule which will help. I hope this will jump start my motivation, get me on a healthy streak again. I'm still going to track my foods and go to WW meetings but my main focus will be giving up this bad habit and making new ones!
