So today was my weigh in for the week. This last week I have really increased my steps and exercise. I am eating around 1500 calories a day which I feel comfortable at, not too little, not too much. Although Sparkpeople and other internet calculators say I should be eating much more.
I was really hoping to see 257# with how hard Ive been working. Alas, I was 258.0. Ok, I will be happy with that since I was only an OUNCE away from 257! I lost 3# last week so I will be happy with that.
Im thinking of taking the day off from exercise today to rest my knee....been bothering me the last couple of days. I have become addicted to my glow getter awards for my spark tracker tho so that might nag at me! I do know how important it is tho to give my body a rest day.
