Well, I started walking on the treadmill again on a regular basis. This is good since I have gained some weight and have not been dropping it as quickly as I would like by justing dieting.
I never thought I would, but I am actually glad to be back in a regular routine. Hopefully, I will stay focused on both diet and exercise.
I really miss all the walking I used to do at my previous job. It made it a lot easier to lose the weight.
Hope all are able to lose, maintain or at least stay healthy.
