Trying to get my motivation and focus back again. I've been trying a bunch of different things to deal with some back and joint issues. More cardio, less weights. A week of no exercise which made everything worse : ) Scaling back on both cardio and weights. Nothing seems to be working, and all I've done because I've been trying different programs is stall out at less than half the cardio I used to do. So I'm just going to try again, but this time, try what worked the last time - yeah I know : ) As with most things in life with me - a wealth of information on the internet just really causes me to lose focus all together.
