I'm a big person, I know this. However, when I look in the mirror, I don't feel that I look as big as I should at my weight. Over the past few days, my husband took many pictures of me and I was shocked. I look HUGE! I just wish that the 2 perceptions were the same. But then again, if I think I look better than I do, should I really complain?

I do that, too. emoticon I STILL want to say that I weigh 161 when it's 261.

The scale can only give you a numerical reflection of your relationship with gravity. Thatís it. It cannot measure beauty, talent, purpose, life force, possibility, strength, or love. Donít give the scale more power than it has earned. Take note of the number, then get off the scale and live your life. You are beautiful!Ē
