Day 3 of Elimination/Rotation Diet Plan (based on food insensitivities)

Monday, July 28, 2014

Breakfast: almond breeze and apricots in a blender. emoticon

Lunch: Kidney beans, corn, quinoa, cardamom (Tomatoes , rice, onions, not listed for today-darn)

Dinner: Pork tenderloin, peas, canola oil, dill weed. (mint was yesterday--not today )

Snack: almonds and cocoa

Snack: brazil nuts, acorn squash, nectarine

This has been the best day for real meals. emoticon

No dairy, no fats, no bread or other grains. Only quinoa or millet today.

I woke up sick. Bloated , nauseous, retaining fluids. Before bed last night I had a big piece of cooked chicken and a handful of almonds. I left the salt on the almonds. Up to this morning I was not retaining fluid.

It is after 1:00 pm and I have no energy. I feel I am recuperating from whatever that illness was this morning.

I have not given up coffee. It is listed only one of the 4 days . But I have had it each morning. Just 1 cup. emoticon emoticon

I still need to get counseling about this diet plan. It is included in the price.

Chris stay away from the word DIET. People keep talking about the DIET I am on I correct them and I am not on a DIET I am on an eating plan.

Didn't whoever told you about this eating plan tell you you would probably feel bloated and flu like at first. It is always a possibility when eating to cleanse your body. Some people will be sick for a few days it is normal. Keep doing it though and don't stop because it will be worth it in the end. Remember I told you since I have eliminated all the foods out of my eating plan the pain free and energy is worth it the weight loss is just an added bonus that is the way I look at it.

I was at a friends yesterday her friend has bad diabetes and he was told to go wheat free. In 1 week he lost 8 lbs. but he said the same thing I do the weight loss is great but the way he feels and how he can move is the best part of the whole thing.

You have been doing great keep up the good work. Teri
