Breakfast: almond breeze and apricots in a blender.
Lunch: Kidney beans, corn, quinoa, cardamom (Tomatoes , rice, onions, not listed for today-darn)
Dinner: Pork tenderloin, peas, canola oil, dill weed. (mint was yesterday--not today )
Snack: almonds and cocoa
Snack: brazil nuts, acorn squash, nectarine
This has been the best day for real meals.
No dairy, no fats, no bread or other grains. Only quinoa or millet today.
I woke up sick. Bloated , nauseous, retaining fluids. Before bed last night I had a big piece of cooked chicken and a handful of almonds. I left the salt on the almonds. Up to this morning I was not retaining fluid.
It is after 1:00 pm and I have no energy. I feel I am recuperating from whatever that illness was this morning.
I have not given up coffee. It is listed only one of the 4 days . But I have had it each morning. Just 1 cup.
I still need to get counseling about this diet plan. It is included in the price.
