One good thing - one not so much

The good thng is that I havent weighed since the end of June due to various domestic upheavals but I was resolved to do so this morning. Was delighted to find two pounds gone. I salute Spark for helping me to establish the good habits that seem to be entrenched even when I have my eye off the ball.
Sadly I won't reach my goal of being at the very top of my healthy BMI by the end of this month. Twelve pounds to go for that but I'll get there.

    emoticon Considering all you've had to contend with recently you've still kept to track........and been rewarded.
    I still maintain that SP teaches you the golden rules and HOW to apply them where many other renowned "slimming clubs" don't.
    Once learned those lessons don't leave you- you've proved that.

    Hopefully once your concerns are addressed you can refocus on you (you are such a great friend and support to all in your world and ALWAYS put the first, and I love that about you!!).
    12 pounds will be a walk in the park for you emoticon emoticon it's doable in 2 months!
