I didn't row yesterday. Instead, I did Day 5 of my PS3 workout. My little bit of awesome was not cheating on the reverse crunches! My abs are by far the weakest. Normal crunches are fine, but reverse crunches that dig into the lower abs, oh my word! But I did all ten of them with good form. I couldn't find any images for the exercise I did. You start on your elbows, as in 'b' in the pic below and pull your legs into your chest. It may go by a name other than a reverse crunch, but it targets the same muscle group.
I've been reading a lot about JJ Smith's 10 day green smoothie cleanse. I think I might try it. If you do smoothies as meal replacements, I'd love to hear about your experience.
