Goals for the weekend

Today I will track my food and Today I won't drink any pop even though I am craving it.

Tomorrow - I will get in 3000 steps and I won't slack on my water intake.

emoticon Work for full time job at least 3 hours - 2 hours done
emoticon 96 oz of water at least each day - Only 64 on Sat but 60 oz of tea
emoticon Plan dinners for the week
emoticon Log at least 3000 steps both days - Nope
emoticon Get emissions test done on my car emoticon
emoticon Do at least 3 loads of laundry and clean off the stove - Nope but did 1 and cleaned the fridge
