A New Day

Today is the beginning of a new day for me. I have finally reached the point that I realize that I am not going to lose my weight like I used to when I was young. So I am going to accept each day as the one that I have to incorporate healthy eating and exercise in and I will focus only on today. Let tomorrow take care of itself. I feel better than I have in a long time because I am eating and exercising right whether I lose weight or not. If I do lose that will be a big reward for all of my efforts, but if I do not I will still be healthy!
