So the real problem is I don't WANT to be good on the weekends--and when I'm at my goal, I can actually have extras on the weekend and 'fix it' during the week. I actually did that for several years.
BUT--I wacked out in May, and have to get back to goal...and for that, I really do need to eat right on the weekends too. I did last weekend. But I'm so totally tempted to say now I can go back to my regular plan, and it will slow down my progress, but I'll still get there.
Which might be true. But that makes me realize --I don't want to slow down my progress! I can go back to that plan when I hit goal--but for how, I'm doing great, and it will be so nice to get there and quit messing with it all the time.
So. I do know what I really do want to do.
Now to go do it. Even with a lake day tomorrow.
