Day 74/90 - Adios, Vacation!

Friday, July 25, 2014

I understand water leaks are onerous to diagnose.

But after two repair shop visits and replacement faucets & showerhead that we apparently didn't need, the leak is still with us!

So we will be leaving on Sunday for home, so we can get the trailer into our trusty repair shop where we are on a first-name basis with the technician, where we tip him generously for service above-and-beyond. He will take care of the leak!

But we will stay long enough in SLC to hear the Mormon Tabernacle Choir at the service on Sunday morning. Can't miss that.

Took a 3-mile walk this morning on the river walk which runs directly behind this RV park. Tomorrow will get up earlier so we can do a longer walk. Now we are off to take a city tour of Salt Lake City. It should be fun!

We have lunch at Lion House, which is the home Brigham Young built for his family. Since he had 55 wives and over 50 children, it must be a humdinger of a house!!!

sounds like a good call. That leak must be diagnosed by your very own expert. Enjoy the service tomorrow! I wish you a safe journey home.

Sorry to hear that your trip is being cut short. But knowing you you probably already have more trips planned. Glad that you are going to be able to hear the choir sing. That should be a wonderful experience. Wishing you safe travels back home.
