I'm back from 3 weeks sailing around Washington State's San Juan Islands. Our sailboat is 26 feet long, and has no room for my scale or many steps while onboard. I consider it a victory that I only gained 1 pound over that 3 week period. Of course, I started with some up pounds, so I have my work cut out for me again.
Here are a few glimpses of what we enjoyed:
Our sailboat, Pilgrim.
A cove found on a hike
Inside a hollow tree in Matia Island's old growth forest
Sunset off Ewing Point on Sucia Island
Prevost Harbor off Stuart Island
After sunset on a calm night
A rocky beach on James Island
Lovely Mt. Baker
It's good to be home!!
