Day One

I joined SparkGuy's 10 Minute Fitness Club this morning. Since I have not been working with my health coach, I have been slipping back. I need a streak to keep me going so today is Day One. I walked and ran on the treadmill for 22 minutes.

    That was a great idea. I am not losing weight but I am maintaining. Just being the cook and maid is not great but having family close by I am so happy Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon
