Re-establishing Habits

I'm planning to set up habits to re-establish, one day at a time over the interim between BLC rounds. I'll think them through 5 at a time and then review.

1 - Dr. Carlson's water rule. This one requires explanation. MANY years ago, when I was pregnant with David, I had recurring bladder infections. I always was asked if I drank a lot of water, and I always answered affirmatively. After all, when I'm not that fond of water, a glass or two of water is "a lot." One visit, I was TOLD how much to drink - and, when I follow it, it really works.
"When you get up in the morning, drink 16 oz of water. Then, every time you go to the bathroom, drink another 8 oz."

2 - Track water
3 - Stretch 10 minutes
4 - Fruit AM, veggie lunch & supper
5 - Track freggies
